Once your item is in the hands of USPS, there is nothing we can do to locate a package. If your package does not move for a few days (in terms of tracking), please be patient, as USPS is known to skip scanning at certain facilities/checkpoints.
If your package never arrives, please contact USPS Customer Service.

Our items are handmade and often made-to-order, so please allow up to 7 business days for your items to ship.
